Post fight interview brazil
Bring your mind back to 2017, when UFC welterweight Colby Covington called Brazil a ‘dump’ and his men a ‘dirty animal’ after his shutout win over Damien Maia at UFC Night 119.
“I should have kicked him (Damien Maia) out. Brazil, you’re a dump, you suck all dirty animals!” Covington said in his post-fight interview before security exited So Paulo’s Jinacio do Ibirapuera.
Now move on to the present day, where Covington will face former teammate Jorge Masvidal in Saturday’s UFC 272 main event at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Covington now trains under Brazil’s coaches at the Masters MMA in Miami, Florida, but after leaving the American Top Team (ATT) in 2020, Brazil remains a ‘f-king dump’, despite a search for a Brazilian cornerman.

The headlining of UFC 272 was a rancorous match between former good friends and teammates at Jorge Masvidal and Colby Covington. After all the (serious) talk, mud-slinging and gossip, they finally settled the score. This was largely a typical Covington match, with the wrestler working out Masvidal for 25 minutes.
