Clayton Edward Kershaw (born March 19, 1988) is an American professional baseball pitcher who is a free agent. He has played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Los Angeles Dodgers for the entirety of his professional career. A left-handed starting pitcher, Kershaw has played 14 seasons in the major leagues since making his debut in 2008. He is an eight-time All-Star, a three-time National League (NL) Cy Young Award winner, and the 2014 NL Most. Valuable player. Kershaw was relatively mortal in 2021, while also dealing with some injury issues that have raised some questions about how much he will be able to contribute in 2022. In any case, everything he contributes will go to the Dodgers.

Rumors

For months, it has been widely speculated that Clayton Kershaw’s next destination will be one of the Dodgers or Rangers. ESPN’s Buster Olney heard (Twitter link) “Heavy Industry Hoping” the three-time Cy Young Award winner will return to Los Angeles.
