Charlie Woods: Why is limping| Injury| Ankle
Charlie Woods has a rough start to the week, and it has nothing to do with his golf game. While warming up for Friday’s Pro-Am at the 2022 PNC Championship at the Ritz-Carlton Golf Club in Orlando, Charlie twisted his ankle and is in a bit of pain.
Why is limping
Like Tiger, Charlie had a noticeable limp during Friday’s round, and looked a bit uncomfortable after some of his shots. Cameras captured the two walking off the 11th green wearing matching outfits with matching gloves.
Injury
The young Woods’ left leg limp was noticeable during Friday’s Pro-Am, and on the Golf Channel broadcast, Bege, an analyst and Woods.
Ankle
Charlie is also dealing with a minor ankle injury, Tiger said, and he hasn’t been practicing as much as he could. He’s studying for midterm exams, Tiger said, which are “more important than golf.” But Tiger has seen a lot of improvement in Charlie’s game recently.
