On will smith
During Barkley’s interview, Patrick began by asking the 59-year-old to host the Oscars. Which, for Barkley, could be too much ‘pressure’.
The 11-time NBA All-Star talks about Smith and The Rock himself, highlighting the fact that he loves both The Rock and Smith. However, he does not endorse the King Richard actor. “I love Chris Rock; I love Will Smith. But Will Smith was 100% wrong. That’s it”.
Kevin Durant left NBA Twitter in a frenzy after calling himself a god after Giannis Antetokounmpo lost to the Bucks
The topic was discussed a little further, with Barkley himself admitting to some old mistakes. The former NBA star got people punched and arrested but focused on growing up instead of taking that behavior with him. According to Barkley, one needs to admit where they are wrong. “It was an exaggeration,” Barkley added in reference to his past.
As an NBA star, Barkley has certainly been on the receiving end of some unacceptable insults by the Hecklers. However, at the end of the day, it comes as part of the job. As someone who has to focus on his game, every single insult and insult cannot be answered.

Fired

Charles Barkley said he worked until he was 60, then he did.
The reason, he told WJFK 106.7 The Fan in Washington, is cancellation culture, even taking a shot at his bosses at TNT.
Barkley, 58, said Turner has asked her to stop with his long-running joke where he mocks the women of San Antonio.
“If you make a joke the wrong way, they’re like, ‘Oh, no, no, no, you’ve crossed the line,'” Barkley said. “I mean, they won’t let me talk about San Antonio anymore, when I’m always talking about their big ole ladies in San Antonio. They’re like, ‘Charles, we got a woman ( who) wrote an article.’ I’m like, ‘At first, I didn’t personally call anyone fat in San Antonio; I was just kidding.’
“We’ve been having fun with it for maybe 10-15 years. We go to San Antonio; people are enjoying it. The people of San Antonio had T-shirts made.”
Barkley is clearly disappointed.
“You’re trying to cancel you without these characters and you can’t even have fun these days without stuff like that,” he said.
“I’m trying to hang around for another few years until I’m 60 and then they can kiss my ass. I’m only working until 60. I’ve told them already. I work until the day I die I’m not doing it. It’s just stupid. And if I don’t have enough money by now, I’m an idiot anyway. They should fire me anyway.
“We sometimes talk about behind the scenes things like, ‘Yo, man, be careful going in this direction.’ I’m like, ‘Yo, man, we can’t even have fun anymore.’ We’ve had fun all these years and now all of a sudden in the last year and a half, everyone is trying to fire everybody and it really sucks.”

Barkley spent his college basketball days playing for the Auburn Tigers and had a very solid career there.
Barkley is truly one of Auburn’s greatest athletes of all time and his stellar performances really proved that the Tigers can be very good at basketball. Although Auburn often lacked consistency and had an average schedule before Barkley’s arrival, he helped the Tigers start winning runs very quickly once they got there.
Barkley played for the Tigers for three seasons, 1981–1982, 1982–1983 and 1983–1984. During those three seasons, Auburn improved from 14-14 to 15-13 and then to 20-11. In that third season, Auburn managed to make it to the NCAA Tournament for the first time.
By the time Barkley’s college career was coming to an end, he had clearly had an influence on Auburn. During his time with the Tigers, Barkley was named SEC Player of the Year for the 1983–1984 season, was the 1984 All-SEC Tourney player, earned the SEC Tourney MVP, and was a three-time All-SEC player.
