Ranking

Casper Roode turned professional in 2015, but in 2016 he began his climb to the top of the ranking pile. In the same year, he started playing in the ITF Futures tournament.

His good performances at the Futures tournament – which included two title wins – earned him a wildcard for the ATP 250 event in Chengdu, where he lost in the first round.

However, he finished the year with a respectable 225. And things will only get better next year as he made it to the top 150.

This was largely due to his performance at the Rio Open, an ATP 500 tournament he entered on a wildcard. He surprised everyone by making it to the semi-finals of the tournament.

Rudd would lose to Pablo Carreo Busta in the semi-finals, but finished in 133rd place. And his progress didn’t stop there.

2018 saw her qualify for the Australian Open, where she made it to the second round. He would also reach the first round of the US Open, but his performance in the Challenger tournament really helped him.

He will end the year in 112th place, and his improvements in 2019 earned him a place in the year-end NextGen ATP Finals.

Rudd was eliminated in the round-robin stage itself but history would be made the following year. how so? Becoming the first Norwegian to win an ATP title.

He achieved this feat by winning the Argentina Open and his superior performances in ATP events and Grand Slams means he finished the year 2020 in 25th place.

Prediction

Lloyd Harris eventually found some form in Miami, but it’s far from his favorite surface. It will be a tough opening round until the South Africans find a way to field their best tennis. Carballes Baena remains a great clay-court player, and considering it is his home tournament he will be hoping for a solid run this week.

Harris undoubtedly has great weapons but will be neutralized by clay and Carballs Baena will get everything back and finish most of the rallies. Harris can play well enough for a set, but I can’t see him good enough to consistently hit through the Spaniard’s defense.

Both the players came through qualifying and have a great chance of getting some much needed points this week. Dalian is highly ranked and more experienced at this level, and he is capable of some excellent tennis on clay. He impressed in qualifying last week at Monte Carlo but was unable to overtake Hubert Hárcz despite giving him a tough match.

Ginard hasn’t had a lot of main draw experience, but he has made some impressive appearances on the Challenger circuit recently. However, this lack of experience should work well in Delian’s favor. Expect the French to throw everything at Delion but the world.

Net Worth

The 22-year-old tennis star is said to have a net worth of $5 million. Rudd has earned about $4.7 million in prize money in his career so far. Apart from this, he also earns advertising from brands like Yonex. However, information about Rudd’s earnings from endorsements has not been disclosed to the public.

Is injured

Rudd made a good Santiago debut, finishing runner-up in the tournament in 2020.

Rudd withdrew from Rio de Janeiro on Thursday with an abdominal injury. Roode was injured during the Buenos Aires final on Sunday. “It was a move that I did last week in the final. I went for a drop shot and my stomach hurt.

I tried everything, but unfortunately it didn’t work. It was a difficult decision, I was really looking forward to playing here, in a tournament that I have incredible memories of,” Rood said after withdrawing from Rio de Janeiro.
