Caris Coleman LeVert is an American professional basketball player for the Indiana Pacers of the National Basketball Association. He played college basketball for the Michigan Wolverines.
Caris Levert: Trade grade| Injury history| Is playing tonight
Trade grade:
In return, Indiana has obtained Spanish point guard Ricky Rubio a protected 2022 Draft lottery pick and two future second-round picks.
Cleveland has a great offense, however, it lacks offense and they plan to get it instantly with LeVert on the team, as their lone All-Star Darius Garland is the only player with some dominance on that side of the floor.
Injury history:
LeVert is questionable for Thursday’s game at Golden State due to right calf soreness. LeVert presumably picked up the injury during Wednesday’s 111-104 win over the Lakers, though he still played 27 minutes and put up 30 points (12-16 FG, 3-4 3Pt, 3-4 FT), eight rebounds, two assists and one steal.
Indiana Pacers G Caris LeVert has been ruled out for Friday’s game vs. the Brooklyn Nets due to a back injury.
Is playing tonight:
LeVert has yet to play this season, but had a chance to return to the lineup on Friday night. Instead, the Pacers will be down LeVert on top of PG Malcolm Brogdon, who is out with a hamstring injury.
The Pacers are 8.5-point underdogs against the Nets on the road without Brogdon. LeVert’s return would have helped a bit for back court support.
Indy will now have to rely on TJ McConnell and Justin Holiday along with rookie guard Chris Duarte. The Oregon product has been impressive scoring the ball this season and his points prop is a place to take advantage of tonight.
