Jared McCann converted his chances and finalized Jordan Eberle’s game as Seattle secured a 4–3 win over the Calgary Flames at the Scotiabank Saddledome.
It was a night of back-and-forth, punctuated by their top line, from the point of view of the Kraken. Head coach Dave Hawkstol was moved back to the centered line by McCann with Eberle and Jaden Schwartz on the wings. It paid off.
Schwartz scored twice, while all three combined for six points, two goals for Seattle and two shootout conversions. They were a force all night and added six shots on goal, while all three kept the Kraken on the ice ahead of time.
