It amazes me that this recruitment lasted almost until signing day, especially considering the results. By the time May’s offer to Ohio State in Curry’s sophomore year, they were considered the team to beat for Indianapolis-area defensive linemen. Even the main players were set early in this recruitment. I remember previewing the national championship event between Alabama and Ohio State with Curry about a year ago. They were the two schools that differed most in his recruiting at the time, and the schools he recruited eventually came down.
