Highlights
Bryce Mitchell (13-0 MMA) will look to maintain his perfect record when he takes on Philly this evening. ‘Thug Dirty’ was recently seen in action at UFC 249, where he won by unanimous decision over Charles Rosa.
The first round of the UFC Vegas 12 co-main event begins and Bryce Mitchell lands a low kick. He shoots single leg and takes a quick takedown. Philly is watching the explosion but can’t get back on his feet. Michelle is looking to go to Full Mt. Andre Philly scrambles and comes back up but is immediately pulled back down by Mitchell. ‘Thugs dirty’ moves towards the half guard. He tries to do side control but Philly is able to scramble back to his feet. Bryce Mitchell dives in on a takedown and gets it. He begins to land and pounds off Andre Philly’s entire guard. He lands a good body shot and then a right hand. Mitchell fives for a takedown and presses Andre Philly against the cage. The California native breaks free of the clinch and unloads the left arm. He follows her with a good right to the top. Bryce Mitchell dives in for a takedown attempt and hits Philly once again.

The UFC featherweight said he broke his left arm in his co-main event bout at the UFC on ESPN 39 on Saturday in Las Vegas. Despite the injury, Michel (14–0 MMA, 5–0 UFC) was able to take a decision victory over André Philly (21–8 MMA, 9–7 UFC) to remain unbeaten in his professional MMA career.

“I broke my arm in the first round and kept swinging with it,” Mitchell said at the ESPN 39 post-fight news conference at the UFC. “I was like, ‘Hell with it. I’ll keep throwing it.’
“I knew there was something wrong with my hand and I just imagined myself doing better. I think it was on overhand left (when I broke it).
