Tattoos:
According to BodyArtGuru, Brandon Moreno has gotten 8 tattoos so far. Perhaps the most noticeable tattoo on his body is the tattoo on his right shoulder.
The Assassin Baby has massive black patterns inked on the right side of his shoulder. That tattoo is a tribute to his tribe and it signifies power, strength and courage. But that is not the only tattoo on his shoulder.
Ear:
Moreno struggled and was cut by the UFC in late 2018. By the end of 2019, he fought his way back, and now he’s the UFC flyweight champion. On Saturday, the former “brothers,” as Cejudo once called them, will be on opposite ends of the cage.
Moreno is a big fan of Funko Pop and is a dedicated Lego collector. He and his wife have three daughters. Also fluent in English, Moreno is an active member of the Spanish language mixed martial arts community, and holds multiple podcasts in his native language.
Walkout Song:
Brandon Moreno has walked out to “El Corrido Del Bebe Asesino” by Ariel Macias for as long as one can remember.
Moreno has used the same song to make his walkout all the way from his UFC return against Askar Akarov back in September of 2019.
Legos:
As a result of Moreno’s constant promotion of the toy brand on his platforms, LEGO would give Moreno a custom UFC belt, made from thousands of LEGO pieces. Despite the gift, LEGO decided not to sponsor Moreno.
In a message to a Moreno super-fan, the company said they could not support every idea for sponsorships and projects.
However, with Moreno’s official team getting into contact, the full reason would be included as to why they didn’t budge.
Wife:
Brandon Moreno has been married to Shirley Moreno for more than 10 years. Both Moreno and Shirley hail from Mexico.
He and his wife have three daughters. Also fluent in English, Moreno is an active member of the Spanish language mixed martial arts community, and holds multiple podcasts in his native language.
