Less than two weeks ago, Brandon Boston Jr., the 51st pick of the 2021 NBA Draft, was informed by Ty Lew that he would debut in the Clippers’ first preseason game against the Denver Nuggets. “When he told me that,” said Boston Junior, “I was like, ‘Let’s do it, I’m ready.'” His NBA preparation was evident at that start, as the 19-year-old dropped 10 points and Took four boards before the late game ended with a defensive stop to secure the win.
