Becky Lynch was born on 30 January 1987 in Limerick, Ireland. She grew up in an athletic family, with her mother, father, and brother all participating in various sports. His father was Ken Quinn and his mother is Anne Quinn. The Irish kicker developed an interest in sports as a result of growing up in a family with a strong sporting background. Her parents separated when she was one year old.
Along with her brother Richie, who eventually competed in professional wrestling as Gonzo De Mondo, Becky Lynch began wrestling at an early age.
