Fantasy outlook

Austin Ekeler: Fantasy Names| Fantasy outlook| Fantasy PPR

Austin Ekeler has established himself as the ideal contemporary running back for fantasy football over the past three seasons.
Ekeler was the RB4 in 2019 and averaged 16.5 points per game in 2020 after that (10 games).

If not for Grade hamstring injury that kept Ekeler out for six games, his season might have been genuinely exceptional.

After the former Saints offensive coordinator Joe Lombardi was hired, it was widely believed that Ekeler would play role akin to Alvin Kamara’s.

That is precisely what took place.
With 21.5 PPR/game average last season, Ekeler was ranked second in fantasy, just behind Jonathan Taylor.

Ekeler accounted for 20 touchdowns, 1,459 yards from scrimmage, and staggering 15.1% of the Chargers’ total offence.
