Dynasty

After all, everyone needs a break. Sometimes continuous grinding throughout life without physical or mental relief can result in loss of production, burns or injury. In football, bye weeks are “breaks” that players earn, and deserve. That said, it would have been nice if the NFL hadn’t sent so many stellar teams on vacation in one week. Most of the dynasty roster had gone desolate with the Bills, Cowboys, Jaguars, Chargers, Vikings, and Steelers. While uncomfortable, this week should go a long way in helping owners determine whether their team has what it takes to score legitimate runs for the championship.

40 time

It’s starting to look like the Washington Redskins drafted not one, but two athletic freaks in the first two days of the 2020 NFL Draft.

While everyone knows what a monster de Chase Young was, the Redskins turned a few heads with their second pick in the draft, taking on Memphis RB/WR Antonio Gibson with number 66 in the third round.

Gibson, who primarily plays RB but has the ability to line up outside and slot in, is built like a stout back but has the agility of a player who can leave you in the dust. According to Kyle Stackpole of Redskins.com, some of his Alliance stats are absolutely jaw-dropping.

Fantasy 2021

Running back to Washington, Antonio Gibson ran 15 times for 26 yards and a touchdown and caught six of his seven goals for 39 yards after losing to the Eagles on Tuesday.

Gibson also missed a toe injury during the game but was able to make a comeback. The Washington offense was limited on Tuesday, starting third-string quarterback, but Taylor Heinicke is expected to return in Week 16 against the Dallas Cowboys.
