The incident apparently took place on May 14, 2022, at the Armani Hotel in Dubai. The woman was clearly uncomfortable because the east Tampa Bay Buccaneers wideout was too close for comfort.
Witnesses told the New York Post that the former wide receiver had just met the woman and was very upset after the encounter.
