Anthony Richardson: Shoulder injury| How long will be out

Richardson has been explosive through the air and on the ground so far in his rookie season. However, he would have to miss some time due to a possible injury for the second time against the Tennessee Titans. During a touchdown run in the first quarter of Week 2, he suffered a concussion.

Shoulder injury

The Colts announced that Richardson was being evaluated for a shoulder injury, then ruled him out at halftime. NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reports that his shoulder X-rays came back negative. NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero reported after the game that Richardson was initially diagnosed with an AC joint sprain in his shoulder and would undergo an MRI for further evaluation.

Richardson, the No. 4 pick in April’s draft, has had an explosive start to his NFL career as a dynamic threat using his athleticism and big arm to make big plays for the Colts offense. But the injury suffered on Sunday was his third in just five matches.

How long will be out
