Where does he live
Postekoglu was born in the Nea Philadelphia neighborhood of Athens, Greece. After Postekoglu’s father, Dimitris (“Jim”), lost his business after the Greek military coup of 1967, Postekoglu moved to Australia by boat in 1970 at the age of five, growing up in Melbourne, Victoria. In his early years he grew up playing Australian rules football and has been a lifelong supporter of Carlton Football Club in the Australian Football League. Postecoglu is married to Georgia, who worked as a marketing manager in South Melbourne while serving as the club’s manager. Postecoglu has three sons.
Is married
Georgia Postekoglu is known globally as the better half of Ange Postekoglu. Her husband is more popular than her as he is one of the most successful club coaches with four championships including two premierships, one continental title. In addition, she previously worked as a Marketing Manager in South Melbourne. At that time, Ange was working as the manager of the club. Maybe, he can continue with his work. There is a high chance that he will be promoted if he is still at the club.
Interview
Not necessary. We’ve got a game to win last night and that’s my focus. From my point of view, we understand the importance of weekend games, but we can’t rule out that three points last night is also very important for us and a good performance away from home against a very tough opponent. As always I am going to build a team that I think will win the game for us and after that, we will dust ourselves off and assess what is available for the weekend. This kind of mindset has served us well over the last few months and how we have tackled every game and we will continue to do so.
