Andrew James Whitworth[1] (born December 12, 1981) is an American football offensive tackle for the Los Angeles Rams of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at LSU, where he received first-team All-SEC honors twice, and was selected by the Cincinnati Bengals in the second round of the 2006 NFL Draft. As a member of the Bengals for eleven seasons, Whitworth was named to three Pro Bowls and a first-team All-Pro. Whitworth joined the Rams in 2017, expanding his Pro Bowl selection to four and his first-team All-Pro honors to two. Noted for his career longevity, he is the oldest tackle in NFL history to win a Super Bowl.

Andrew Whitworth has had one of the best left tackles in the NFL over the past four years. He has been a model of continuity throughout that period as well, missing just one game in 2017, when the Los Angeles Rams rested their start in the season finale.
With four Pro Bowl selections and two first-team All-Pro honors, Whitworth has proven his worth as a starting left tackle—one of the toughest positions to play in football.

Former Bengal’s Andrew Whitworth won the Super Bowl in what would probably be the last game of his career.
Whitworth was drafted by Cincinnati in 2006, spending 11 seasons at Queen City before moving to LA to play for the Rams.
Though he is no longer with the team, the 40-year-old aggressive tackle said no time will change his family’s love for Bengal.
“There’s actually a really funny video of (my wife) Melissa, when they make the kicks at the end of the game against Kansas City, her and the kids like to run through the suits, just before our game starts.” go crazy,” Whitworth said before the Super Bowl.
