The 2015 NBA Finals MVP and a three-time champion with the Warriors, Iguodala was traded to Memphis and subsequently Miami in 2020, and averaged just 20.9 minutes per game in the past two seasons. He considered retirement before his 18th season. Instead, he returned to the Warriors.
Iguodala has said in the past that he doesn’t care about being enshrined in the Naismith Memorial Hall of Fame in Springfield, Mass., and is more focused on enjoying playing the game and doing whatever it takes to win.
