Alison Mitchell Felix OLY (born November 18, 1985)[1] is an American track and field athlete who specialized in the 200 m sprint from 2003 to 2013 and then gradually shifted to the 400 m sprint early in her career. Her racing repertoire extends to the 100 m, 4 × 100 m relay and 4 × 400 m relay as well.[2] At the 200 m distance, Felix is the 2012 Olympic champion, three-time world champion (2005–2009), He is a two-time Olympic silver medalist (2004 and 2008) and a 2011 world bronze medalist. In the 400 metres, he is the 2015 world champion, 2011 world silver medalist, 2016 Olympic silver medalist, 2017 world bronze medalist and 2020 Olympic bronze medalist. Across the short distance, Felix is a ten-time U.S. national champion (2004, 2005, 2007–2012, 2015 and 2016).

How old is daughter
On Thursday’s episode of PEOPLE’s podcast Me Being Mom, the 36-year-old athlete recalled the day she welcomed daughter Cameron, now 3, which didn’t go according to Felix’s original birth plan.
At 32 weeks pregnant, Felix was hospitalized after being diagnosed with severe preeclampsia at a routine doctor’s appointment. Felix says what followed were “the scariest two days of her life”, which involved an emergency caesarean section.
Pregnancy
Alison Felix developed preeclampsia and underwent an emergency C-section to give birth to her daughter.
The Olympic sprinter had no idea that, as a black woman, she was at greater risk of complications.
She is working with Pampers to combat the inequalities that make pregnancy more dangerous for black Americans.
“All black women, all women of color are at risk,” Felix told Insider. “It doesn’t matter how good medical care you have, or being a professional athlete. I would never have thought this would be my situation. And I think a lot of people think that.”
