Allianz Stadium: Food| Concert| Capacity| Parking
Allianz Stadium, the newest in Allianz’s family of seven stadiums around the world, will be opening its doors to the public as early as September 2022.
Allianz Stadium brings a world-class venue and an unmatched fan experience to one of the most iconic sporting precincts in the world. Sited next door to the Sydney Cricket Ground, Allianz Stadium is a state-of-the-art multi-purpose venue, built for the future of sport and entertainment in Australia.
Food
Merivale curated the stadium’s 64 food-and-beverage outlets. The members’ concourse features spinoffs of Queen Chow Dumplings and Bondi Merivale staple Totti’s, slinging fettuccine with stracciatella and bolognese pappardelle. Bert’s Bistro is serving wagyu sirloin bearnaise and grilled lobster with garlic butter.
Bars serve Furphy, Stone Wood and VB on tap along with zero-alcohol bottles of Heineken, a range of wines and cocktails including a Bert’s Bistro’s Spritz and Totti’s signature negroni.
But the broadest range of outlets are available under general admission. Here’s what’s on offer.
Most of the food outlets operate under a self-serve, grab-and-go setup, so there weren’t many queues during the stadium’s first stress test. But if the crowds were anything to go by, the most popular outlets were the “kiosk” bars spruiking standard stadium fare.
Here you’ll find a beef burger ($14.50), a veggie burger ($17.50) and fried chicken tenders and chips ($18), but also your two best options for a bite under $10.

Capacity
The new 42,500-capacity stadium has three levels of seating on either side of the playing field, with two levels at the ends. A sharp tilt will ensure that all seats are up close and on top of the action with the bad seat at home.
One of the primary features will be the spectacular ceiling that will light up in the colors of the home team while the drip line extends beyond the first row, meaning all seats will be covered, although some fans may still get wet depending on the wind direction. The wrap-around design means lighting and crowd noise will be kept within the stadium, reducing spills to surrounding areas.
The venue will be home to the Sydney Roosters, NSW Waratah and Sydney FC, with the Roosters hosting the first event against Rabbitoh on 2 September.

On non-match days, visitors to the FC Bayern Museum and Allianz Arena can park at North Coach Park.
