Adriel Jeremiah Green (born July 31, 1988), is an American football wide receiver for the Arizona Cardinals of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at the University of Georgia and was drafted fourth overall by the Cincinnati Bengals in the 2011 NFL Draft, where he spent ten seasons before joining the Cardinals.

The Green Bay Packers ended the NFL’s last remaining unbeaten record as they won 24–21 over the Arizona Cardinals.
The hosts looked set to snatch victory with 15 seconds to spare but Kyler Murray’s pass from AJ Green’s side was stopped in the end zone by Russell Douglas.
Green Bay’s seventh consecutive win saw them join Arizona on a 7–1 record.
Now the teams are ready to fight it out for the NFC Championship — and a place in the Super Bowl — season after season.
The Packers’ preparations were disrupted after receivers Davante Adams and Alan Lazard and defensive coordinator Joe Barry tested positive for Covid-19, so quarterback Aaron Rodgers leaned on his ongoing game.
He had 151 rushing yards compared to Arizona’s 74, compared to last season’s MVP Rodgers with 184 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions.
Murray threw for 274 yards, but also had no touchdowns and two interceptions, the other being from cornerback Douglas, who had been signed from the Cardinals’ practice squad just three weeks earlier.

Green was selected in the first round by the Cincinnati Bengals as the fourth overall pick in the 2011 NFL Draft. He became the most drafted wide receiver in Georgia school history, breaking the mark set by Lindsey Scott, who finished 13th overall in 1984. On July 28, 2011, Greene agreed to a $19.6 million four-year contract with the Cincinnati Bengals. After signing with the Cincinnati Bengals, Greene became a member of the School of Legends (SOTL) in 2011. Green was featured at the 2011 NFLPA Rookie Debut “One Team” celebration, streamed live on YouTube from Cipriani Wall Street in New York City. The Cardinals need to find that page of the playbook that reminds receivers that the ball can be bowled to them when they run into the end zone.
Good News? It seems easy to fix. It’s still AJ Green, who opened to a 23-yard reception on the same drive, had Arizona sitting on its 1-yard line and facing third and -10.

After missing the 2019 season and battling a hamstring injury until 2020, new Arizona Cardinals wide receiver A.J. Green was chosen by Nate Burleson of NFL Network as their Comeback Player of the Year for 2021.
Having spent the first 10 years of his career with the Cincinnati Bengals, Green signed a one-year deal with the Cardinals in March.
Green is joined in a wide receiver room highlighted by DeAndre Hopkins, but Burleson feels he can take advantage of the Cardinals’ offense in a special field position.
“I think AJ will be a green-zone ball out,” Burleson said. “What is a green zone? Forty-and-in. When they start sniffing out that red zone, they’re AJ. are able to see.
Burleson thinks that once the Cardinals are opposed to the 40-yard line of defence, they will turn their attention to slot Hopkins, Christian Kirk or focus on slowing Kyler Murray’s legs, allowing Greene to make some plays. Will get a chance
