Adam Hadwin started his week with a gold-plated replica of the Odyssey tank cruiser V-Line putter that he became the eighth player to score 59 on the PGA Tour.
Sadly, he didn’t make it into the game, and instead ended the week with his regular V-Line to win his first title and a spot at the Masters with it.
In between, he drilled a 60-foot hole for a par-3 birdie in 13th place and with the putter used since 2014. Canadian was receiving 1.720 strokes/putting for the week.

Hadwin was born in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan and lives in Abbotsford, British Columbia. He grew up playing golf at the Lakeview Golf Club; A clubmate was another top youth player, Nick Taylor. His father, Gerry, is a golf club professional who joined the Canadian PGA in 1979. Hadwin was a member of the RCGA’s 2008 Canadian men’s amateur team. He attended the University of Louisville on a golf scholarship, studied business, and earned an All-America Honorable Mention for 2009.
