Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers says he can’t imagine coming out of retirement after ending his playing career.
Rodgers has said that he has not decided whether to return to the Packers, trade or retire. The three-time MVP revealed more about his future Tuesday on “The Pat McAfee Show” on YouTube and SiriusXM.
“The one thing I wouldn’t do is not do 100 percent, retire and then come back a year later,” Rodgers said. “I have no desire to do that. It makes no sense.”
Rodgers earned All-Pro honors this season and made his way into contention for a fourth MVP award this season, though he struggled in a 13-10 NFC divisional playoff loss to the San Francisco 49ers on Saturday.
