So, maybe Saxon Barkley can bench over 400 pounds, but Aaron Donald can put on 500 pounds! You read it right. One five followed by two zeros. He also did 35 reps on the bench press in the NFL combine before entering the NFL. He primarily focuses on power movements and strength to help improve his lineman abilities. Power movements will include low volume, high intensity box jumps, cxasxasadf. These exercises are meant to help with his acceleration. Adding these to a workout improves speed and quickness for the lineman from the line of scrimmage. Strength exercises include squats, deadlifts and bench presses within the range of 3-6 reps at 85-90% of their 1-rep max. This is the same technique that Christian McCaffrey uses. On game days, Donald adds in high-volume, low-weight arm workouts to prepare him for the three-hour shoveling match he has. He'll also engage in some ab work with a medicine ball toss

Jailyne Blakey is not his first wife. They never married but definitely have a different name with each other.

Despite being a former couple, they join each other as the parents of their two children, Jada and Arnold Jr.

Jailin graduated from Penn Hills High School in 2010 and now lives in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Looking at her social media, we assume that she is not involved in any romantic relationship. On the other hand, Aaron’s current wife Erica is the Vice President of Athlete Partnerships for the sports-focused Hollywood production company Game1.

And sometime in 2021, they welcomed their first child, whose name is yet to be revealed.

Erica Donald is the current wife of Aaron Donald. She used to go to Erica Sherman before, but she changed her name on Instagram, indicating that the two are bound to be married at some point. She also sports a giant ring on her ring finger almost all the time.

They met when Erica worked in community marketing for the Los Angeles Rams. Erica is a graduate of Louisiana State University and no longer works for the Rams.

She is currently Vice President of Athlete Partnerships for the sports-focused Hollywood production company Game1, in addition to being Donald’s personal marketing manager.

While helping the NFL star manage endorsements, she also serves on the board of AD99 Solutions, Aaron Donald’s Pittsburgh-based outreach program. The foundation is Aaron Donald’s way of giving back to the city that helped give him such a scary net worth.

Whether or not they secretly ran away (hey, maybe the star just didn’t want all the hype) doesn’t really matter, but they live with Aaron’s kids in Calabasas, Calif. They welcomed their first child together in September 2021.

Diet

According to Rams’ public relations department, lead dietitian Joy Blake shares that the 30-year-old’s diet consists of 30% fat, 50% carbs and 20% protein. Donald consumes 164 grams of fat, 616 grams of carbs and 245 grams of protein in a day to meet his 5,000 calorie intake. If these numbers don’t make sense, let us give you even more information. Donald’s 245 grams of protein can include six cups of chicken meat, 12 Jamba Juice protein smoothies and 30 glasses of milk. Now imagine how many cups of pasta he would be eating for his 616 grams of carbs? Fifteen.

Not to mention seven cups of avocado or hummus and 55 ounces of fish. Blake also shared that Donald consumes those 5,000 calories on high-volume days, “and regardless of what you’d think, most of those calories would be more fat than protein. How much recovery does his body need?” needed.”

As a point of comparison, superstar QB Tom Brady, who actually has his own TB12 diet for peak performance, also only eats 20% protein. However, the remaining 80% of Brady’s diet is based on plant-based foods such as vegetables, fruits, and grains.
