This Father’s Day, NFL Hall of Famer Randy Moss put a post on social media that caught the whole world off guard.
He broadcasted Hi to the world and told the fans who worried about him that he was indeed a cancer survivor. Later he went on to mention that he was hospitalized for six days, and during the sixth day he had to go under the knife. Thanking all his physicians, and the people who prayed for him as well.
Moss has been through a lot, he considers himself fortunate to be alive after enduring all that life threw at him, “I am a cancer survivor,”, Moss said, “Some trying times, but we made it through.”
In describing how he came to learn of his cancer, he said that he had underwent bile duct surgery, “ I had a bile duct surgery,” unfortunately the “ cancer was located between his liver and the pancreas”.
Losing hope is something that he doesn’t consider an option, not looking to lose fostered defeatism: “What am I like during my worst, I have the ability to paint a picture of that and never want to be there,” he noted.
