Kenneth Simon Dorsey (born April 22, 1981) is an American football coach and former quarterback, who was most recently the offensive coordinator for the Buffalo Bills of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at the University of Miami, where he was a national champion and two-time Heisman Trophy finalist, and was drafted by the San Francisco 49ers in the seventh round of the 2003 NFL Draft, later playing for the Cleveland Browns and the Detroit Tigers. CFL’s Toronto Argonauts before retiring in 2010. Dorsey became a coach in 2013, serving as the quarterbacks coach for the Carolina Panthers, after working as a pro scout for the team from 2011 to 2012.

Why was fired
After a blowout loss to Denver, the Bills fired offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey and the team went 5â5.
Freakout
Allen said, “You show me someone who is okay with losing, and I’ll show you a loser.” âHe is passionate about his work and what he does and we all feel the same way. âWe just want to win football games and thatâs all.â
Allen also commented on Dorsey during an appearance on NFL Network’s Kyle Brandt’s podcast, “Kyle Brandt’s Basement”, saying his teammates liked “seeing it.” In fact, he said Dorsey was the one who showed him the video of the bus ride on the way to the airport!
âMan, I can’t tell you, it felt great to see our guys do that,â Allen said. âAnd he’s not angry that we lost, he’s not angry that we didn’t perform. He was very upset because, it came out of his mouth, he loves us and he appreciates us so much for putting everything we had on holdâŚâ
Teams coached
Dorsey became the team’s offensive coordinator in 2022 after starting as the Bills’ quarterbacks coach in 2019. Quarterbacks coach Joe Brady will take over as interim offensive coordinator. Brady served as the offensive coordinator with the Carolina Panthers from 2020-2021 and the passing game coordinator at LSU in 2019.
