She was born in Macerata, Italy, her parents are Sergio Giorgi and Claudia Gabriella Fullone, both Argentines of Italian descent who emigrated to Italy from La Plata. Her father was posted in Argentina in 1982 and fought in the Falklands War against the British, while her mother is a fashion designer. Now, her father coaches her full-time while her mother designs her dresses for tennis matches.

Currently, Camila is single. However, she previously use to date a boy named Giacomo Miccini. 

Camila got engaged to her ex boyfriend, Giacomo Miccini in 2016. The boyfriend is a year younger than her. Even then, Camila’s boyfriend is also a tennis player. The lovebirds have known each other since their teenage lives. Miccini, the boyfriend, got injured which has led to a drastic drop in his performance. But, he is still adamant that he ranked number 1 in International Tennis Federation (ITF). After one of their relationship, the couple broke up.
