Even if it is something he prefers not to pay attention to, he knows that his days as a superstar are numbered.

“I know I’m on the other side of the hill compared to the one I was on before. I know,” James told reporters. “But, I mean, I’ve thought about it – where am I with it. I’m still playing at such a high level, I haven’t given it too much thought. But I’m in year 19 and I’m another 19 I’m not going to. So I’m definitely not halfway through my career. LeBron James further showed the world that he has the mental fortitude of a schoolboy, and will never be able to handle life as the face of the NBA.

James used his Twitter account on Tuesday to address all the “haters” he’s allegedly tracking, telling them “crazy. Karma now–… Gets it every time. It’s not good to do bad to anyone. God sees everything!”

It was directed at Cleveland Cavaliers owner Dan Gilbert, whose famous public letter garnered major media attention when he ripped off LeBron James as both a human and a basketball player.

The tweet is believed to be related to the Los Angeles Lakers defeating the Cavaliers 112-57 Tuesday night, a defeat James enjoyed.

James’ Twitter account received several reactions to his tweets, and many of them were negative.

For James, it’s time to put Twitter away. I realize it’s a great way to interact with fans, and you can quickly share your feelings with the many people who “re-tweet” your Tweets.

But if you have beef with people, why not tell them to their face, in person? LeBron has yet to grow up, and his lack of mental strength is worrying.

Rookie card

LeBron James on Monday added a new crown to his collection: the most expensive basketball card ever.

According to the PWCC Marketplace, a signed 2003 James Exquisite Collection patch card sold for a record-breaking $5.2 million in a private sale.

The buyer of the card was not disclosed.

According to the PWCC Marketplace, the card also added to the all-time sports trading card record set by the Mickey Mantle card of 1952 in January.

“It was actually in the works for a while,” Jesse Craig, director of business development for PWCC, told Darren Rowell of The Action Network. “The demand for rare cards, especially basketball right now, is similar to the demand for fine arts.”

Craig said trading card sales have been down lately, but high-end cards are still setting records. Twenty-three of the 24 most expensive sports trading cards ever sold since February 2020.
