How many kids does have
The Portuguese athlete has four children. His oldest, Cristiano Jr., was born in June 2010, and his surname, Cristianinho, means “little Cristiano.” Kiddo is certainly following in the footsteps of his famous father and is already a star player in football youth squads.
Diet
There is no point in having the best car if you don’t put the right fuel in it.
Ronaldo, surprisingly, takes his diet very seriously. “A good workout should be combined with a good diet,” he says. “I eat a high-protein diet, with lots of whole carbs, fruits and vegetables, and avoid sugary foods.”
The Portugal international has a personal dietitian who has worked with him since his Real Madrid days, eating six small meals a day – or one every three to four hours.
He particularly likes fish – especially swordfish, sea bass and sea bream – and his favorite dish is Bakalhu a braise, which is a mixture of cod, onions, thinly sliced potatoes and scrambled eggs. He also eats plenty of fruits and lean protein. At restaurants, Ronaldo says he often orders steak and salads, and never has anything frozen—everything he eats is fresh.
Statue
A statue of Portuguese footballer Cristiano Ronaldo has created a stir in Goa, with locals accusing the authorities of insensitivity to honor a sports star of the region’s former colonial power.
Demonstrators with black flags gathered at the site after the statue was unveiled this week in Calangute city.
He expressed anger that the authorities had let go of local sports stars and chose a player from Portugal, which in 1961 administered Goa as a colony by India.
