AEW is on a bigger roll as far as pay-per-view is concerned. All Out saw the return of CM Punk and the debut of Brian Danielson. Full Gear was a stacked card that featured a series of spectacular matches, culminating in Hangman Page’s AEW Championship victory. In Revolution, AEW kept its streak alive. It was a great professional wrestling show.

The great news is that Page defended his AEW Championship against Adam Cole, Brian Danielson and Jon Moxley look to form a tag team with William Regal and the dog collar match had a thrilling bloodbath versus CM Punk vs. MJF. Everyone expected this to happen.

However this is the beginning of all events of the revolution. AEW only has a few PPVs every year, so everyone feels like a big deal. As always, the management has drawn a huge card with some great matchups.

Due to Sammy Guevara competing in a six-man tag match, the TNT Championship was a belt that didn’t line up. Every other title was there in some way or another.

But non-title contests also felt like a big deal. CM Punk vs. MJF and Jon Moxley vs. Brian Danielson both feel like big showdowns because so much effort is put into the story.

Let’s take a look at everything that happened on Sunday’s show.
