Buff Streams Preseason
That’s right, it’s time for more jaw-dropping touchdowns, bone-crunching hits, and great mic up moments, as Goat Brady looks to keep the next generation of NFL superstars at bay for another season—this time for 17 regular seasons. Play.
Prominent QB Pat Mahomes is widely considered his natural successor in terms of winning potential, while 2021 also marks the NFL debut of the league’s latest No. 1 draft pick, Trevor Lawrence, considered a generational quarterback genius . He would try to make a name for himself in the big leagues at the top of the Jacksonville Jaguars offense.
Elsewhere in the AFC, Lamar Jackson will certainly always dazzle his feet for the competitive Baltimore Ravens costume, while Bill Belichick will re-establish the Patriots and prevent fierce competition in the AFC East from the Josh Allen-led Buffalo Bills team. Will see for Looks built to win over the years. In the NFC, the Los Angeles Rams are expected to rebuild with gunslinger Matthew Stafford under center, while Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers look as dangerous as ever.

Week 2 Predictions
Week 1 had its share of surprising results, with a lot of teams going into the 2021 NFL regular season in unknown amounts. But it’s good to have some data points and understand what kind of vibes each team in the league is putting out early.
That should make Week 2 a little easier for another full slate of games to handle. What’s notable are three big favorites on the board, while the rest of the matchup calls for a one-possession spread.
The Chiefs have controlled the series when it has been Andy Reid vs. Protege John Harbaugh and Patrick Mahomes vs. Lamar Jackson. Don’t expect a different result here with Baltimore coming in a short week and Kansas City being a fearless traveling team. The Chiefs’ defense is in a better position to contain Jackson, while the Ravens aren’t equipped to handle Mahomes throwing down their favorite targets, Tyrek Hill and Travis Kells frequently. Take advantage of the lower numbers in favor of the chiefs.
Choose: Heads win 27-23 and cover spread.
Power Rankings Week 2

The uncertainty of the NFL shows through every season, but it’s really disappointing to see five of the top 10 teams in my first Power Ranking go down in Week 1. Two of those five teams were in my top five.
2 team entering the weekend was the Buffalo Bills, my pick for winning the Super Bowl. They are now leading 0-1 after a home loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers. 4 team was the Green Bay Packers, who looked even worse when they lost to the New Orleans Saints, as the offense seemed to be on foot with Aaron Rodgers in the center.
Yes, it’s just a week and we overreact in the first week, but the openers for those two teams are definitely not expected.
The flip side is that there were some impressive Week 1 performances, with Saint being the best of the group. I was also impressed by the spectacular victory of a good Tennessee Titans team on the road to Arizona and the Seattle road domination of the Indianapolis Colts.
It caused quite a stir in this week’s rankings, with the Cardinals now in sixth place and the Saints just behind in seventh. Seattle, which I probably underestimated when I started the season, makes a huge jump from 18th to 9th.
Preseason scores 2021
The top overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft, Trevor Lawrence, played a full half at the Jaguars’ Monday Night preseason game in New Orleans and the results were mixed.
The former Clemson star made some impressive throws, completing 14 of 23 passes for 113 yards, but faced constant pressure from the Saints’ defense that dismissed him once and was credited with three quarterback hits. The defense of New Orleans also broke Lawrence’s three passes.
Lawrence led Jacksonville on a scoring drive in the second quarter that resulted in a 34-yard field goal. He appeared to set up another just before the end of the half, but Josh Lambo’s 43-yard effort bounced to the right
