Wife

Curtis Scott is not married yet. But previously Scott had a relationship with Ray Clark. They attended Endeavour sports high school. But in 2019 they separated as per source.

Nightclub

Canberra’s board of directors have terminated the contract of centre Curtis Scott after his involvement in a nightclub incident with more than half of his four-year deal still to be completed.

The Raiders issued a statement on Monday to say the board had decided to take the action, effective immediately, after it had “carefully considered the statements made at the ‘show cause’ hearing with Curtis on August 17 and the material supplied afterward”.

Sacked

A punch-up with teammate John Bateman last year was one of a number of reasons behind Canberra sacking troubled centre Curtis Scott on Monday, it has been revealed.

Senior News Corp journalist Phil Rothfield broke the story on Monday night, hours after the Raiders ended Scott’s contract prematurely on grounds of bringing the club into disrepute.

Scott had recently been stood down since being charged with assault for allegedly punching a man at a Canberra nightclub in May.

Fight

Curtis Scott

Canberra Raiders player Curtis Scott has been charged with assault over an alleged incident at a nightclub earlier this year.

Following the alleged assault, Scott was suspended by the NRL for three matches and was last month issued with a breach notice, including a fine of $15,000 for “bringing the league into disrepute”.

CCTV footage from Civic nightspot Kokomo’s allegedly shows Scott punching another man in the early hours of Sunday May 30. Today, police confirmed the 23-year-old had been charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

Girlfriend

The ex-girlfriend of Curtis Scott has taken to her Instagram and Twitter accounts to post cryptic messages after the Raiders signing was tasered and arrested by police in Moore Park on Australia Day night.

Australian triple jumper Tay Clark and Scott – who both attended Endeavour Sports High – seperated in 2019 which coincided with the Storm dropping Scott to reserve grade. At the time, Storm coach Craig Bellamy was adamant he dropped Scott purely based on form. The Storm did, however, inform the NRL Integrity Unit of an incident but it wasn’t followed up.
