Reports surfaced this week that WWE released multiple developmental and NXT talents following WrestleMania 42 roster restructuring. Among those names was Francois Prinsloo, who officially confirmed his departure through Instagram.
In his statement, Prinsloo described WWE as “nothing but a blessing” and thanked coaches, medical staff, and fellow performers for supporting him during his time at the Performance Center. He also revealed that injuries played a role in the challenges he faced while training for a wrestling career.
The 24-year-old admitted that his wrestling journey “got cut short before it could really start,” but hinted that he still has future ambitions outside WWE.
